Welcome to MVP St Cloud Concrete. By using our services or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before working with us.

Services We Provide

We offer professional concrete services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, decorative concrete, and more throughout St. Cloud, MN and surrounding areas. All work is performed by our trained team using quality materials and proven techniques.

When you request a quote or hire us for a project, we will provide you with a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing. This estimate becomes a binding agreement once you accept it and we begin work.

Project Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Pricing may change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen site conditions are discovered. We will always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring our crew has clear access to the work area and that all necessary permits are obtained unless we have agreed in writing to handle permitting. You should also ensure pets are secured and any valuable items are moved from the work area.

If you need to make changes to the project after work has begun, please let us know as soon as possible. Changes may affect the timeline and cost, and we will provide you with an updated estimate.

Weather and Scheduling

Concrete work is highly weather dependent. We may need to reschedule work due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions that could compromise the quality of your project. We will keep you informed and work to complete your project as quickly as weather permits.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If you experience issues with workmanship within one year of project completion, we will return to assess and address the problem at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by settling, ground movement, improper use, or lack of maintenance.

Concrete naturally develops minor hairline cracks over time. This is normal and typically does not affect the structural integrity of your concrete. Our warranty covers significant cracking or structural issues resulting from our workmanship.

Liability and Insurance

MVP St Cloud Concrete carries general liability insurance to protect you and your property. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed prior to starting work. We recommend calling 811 before any excavation work begins.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit, minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date may forfeit the deposit.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
